Week 2 Playoffs - Final
Tuesday night league final saw the two dominant teams from through out the year meet with first place team Ketza
going down to second place Underhill, 3 matches to 1 (13-20). With wins
from Thomson, Gilpin and Seaman, Underhill went within 1 point from
sweeping the night when Revel lost 10-8 in the fifth after having a
couple of match points.
In the battle for third place, Electrical Shop
triumphed over Pizza Hutt by a mere 6 points (129-123) after tying at 16
games all. |

| Week 1 Playoffs
Tuesday night league semi-finals saw the two dominant teams from through out the year sweep their
opponents 4-0 as a prelude to the finals. First place team Ketza
dominated 4th placed Pizza Hut dropping just two games on the night on
their way to scoring the maximum points for the night.
Underhill also swept their encounter 4-0 but two of
their matches went to 5 games before being decided in their favour.
As a result, next week will see Ketza and Underhill battle it out for
league honours next Tuesday with Pizza Hut and Electrical Shop playing
off for 3rd overall.
In the battle of the also-rans, Kilrich bested Tung
Lock 3-1 (20 to 11) to take 5th position for the year. |
