The 'long' weekend of  January 25th - January 28th 2001 saw Squash Yukon in conjunction with the Better Bodies Cross Training Center hosting the 2001 Canadian Tire Whitehorse National Women’s Team Championship with the event culminating in the team from Quebec (Louise Lefebvre, Tara Mullins and Fiona Aussel) taking first place over a determined team from British Columbia.
